Garlic
Cauliflower
Cabbage
Veggie broth
Nutritional yeast
Salt
Pepper cumin

In a pot, heat olive oil and  sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add roughly chopped cabbage, salt, pepper and cumin and cook until limp and slightly translucent. Add roughly chopped cauliflower and broth. Bring to a boil and then simmer about an hour. Use immersion blender until nearly smooth. Add nutritional yeast and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
