• 2 chicken breast boneless, skinless, cut into bit sized pieces
• 1/2 or 3/4 c chopped kale
• 1 box cream of mushroom soup
• 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• handful panko
Stir fry chicken until no longer pink in the middle.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, pour into baking dish and top with panko.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes
Eat as is, or serve over favorite pasta or rice.
