Two way communication begins…now!

Tonight, like every night, I asked Izzy if she was tired. She usually looks at me and blinks, then utters a grunt. To the uninitiated this grunt is probably unintellegible, but I know it means yes.
Tonight when I asked Izzy if she was tired, she didn’t grunt. Instead she said, “yeah.” Then she pointed to the light and said, “off.” When I got up to turn it off, she waved and said, “bye bye.”
My baby is growing up!
